Monday, May 7, 2012 at 9:00PM Matt posted on here last week about how if you have a weakness that you want to improve, you should spend 5 minutes (preferably) before or after class on the progressions to build that skill. I hope you all will put that into practice. I (Connie) also want to make sure that if you have questions about the technical aspects of a skill or lift or if you don't know exactly what progressions you should be doing, that you ask! Your coaches are all here to help. That is why we do this. Please don't be afraid to ask........especially this guy........

I. One arm pushup x 5
II. One arm Ring Row
III. WOD: Run 200 M with bumper plate
100 M of OH Lunges (with same bumper plate)
Run 200 M
20 Swings
20 Ring Dips
Run 200 M
100 M of OH Lunges
Run 200 M with bumper plate
