Nice, Matt. I see you're builidng up all of our climbing skills with bar muscle-ups.
Yep, the bar is more like a mountain than the rings. We will be doing everything with heavy packs too. Also, don't forget to bring your ice tools and crampons.
1+6 rx+... accidently did two too many bar muscle-ups on the start of round 2. Took about 5 minutes to get that first one, then it was relatively smooth sailing.

mashed both of my shoulders with a lacrosse ball and jump stretch bands for around 10 minutes each shoulder and replayed the WOD back home and got around the same rounds and reps but was able to one arm OHS with 20 pounds rather than my sissified 10 pounder
