- 100 Sit-ups

- 3x 20 tuck jumps
- 3x 30 second handstands
- 100 jumping jacks
- 75 air squats

- 30 second handstand against a wall
- 30 second static hold at the bottom of the squat

Matt, question for you. Are the highlighted exercises the warmups and then what's underneath is the workout? And yes, I have been away but I am still working out!! Don't you quit me, DON'T QUIT ME!!
