Spend six sessions in a small group learning the basics of CrossFit. This class is designed to prepare the average person to enter our CrossFit group classes. You will meet three times a week, in classes that will include a warm up, skill work, a workout and a little nutrition counseling. Classes are limited to four students so register now to secure your spot. Classes and times are set and cannot be altered, however they may change per on ramp session. All missed classes must be made up with a half hour private session.

On Ramp
7 p.m. On Ramp is currently full. The next 7 p.m. onrap will start the second week of March.
5 p.m. On Ramp
There are two slots currently open for a 5 p.m. on ramp. It begins Thursday, February 23rd, then goes through Monday the 27th, Wednesday the 29th, Thursday the 1st and Friday the 2nd.
