Spend five to six sessions in a small group learning the basics of CrossFit. This class is designed to prepare the average person to enter our CrossFit group classes. You will meet three times a week, in classes that will include a warm up, skill work, a workout and a little nutrition counseling. Classes are limited to five students so register now to secure your spot. Classes and times are set and cannot be altered, however they may change per on ramp session. All missed classes must be made up with a half hour private session. One on one intro sessions are also available for those with more complex schedules.

Beginner On Ramp- 7 p.m. 3 spots remaining
These classes will be held Monday and Wenesday (Nov. 19, 20). The remaining classes will be held the following week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday .
Beginner On Ramp- 6 p.m. 2 slots remaining
These classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (Nov. 12,14,15) and will finish the following week on Monday and Wednesday.
