Olympic Weightlifting 101-The Snatch
We will spend 2 hours on the Snatch. We will start at the high hang and work thorugh to the floor. We will fous on proper mechanics from stance and grip to position during the lift. The day will start with a broom stick and if time permits finish with a PR.
