Getting Started
Complimentary Intro Session
Everyone begins training with and intro class session. During this complimentary
introduction you'll learn about our program and actually get to experience a CrossFit work out. Don't worry it's not a sales pitch, it's a way to help you more effectively by understanding your experience, goals and fitness level. The are currently two options available. If you would like to try a class and get the full CrossFit experience then first choose the class that fits your schedule. We currently allow beginner's to attend classes on Monday at 9am, Tuesday at 7pm, Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 9am. Drop us a line so we know you are coming. If these do not work with your schedule please contact us to schedule a private intro session.
Once we have finished the intro we will help you choose one of programs that best fits your goals and lifestyle.
