New Free intro class
Wondering what CrossFit is all about? Come experience it first hand. Choose from one of four classes Monday at 9am and 7 p.m., Friday at 4pm, or Saturday at 9am. For other times please submit what could work for you in the registration page and we will get you set up! Register Here

Crossfit Elements - Exclusively through Groupon! (only click on the booking tab if you have already purchased the Elements package through groupon)
Beginner On Ramp - Getting Prepared for Crossfit:
This program is more advanced than the Elements session offered to Groupon customers as it requires smaller groups. Spend five sessions learning the basics of CrossFit and gaining an understanding of olympic lifts. This class is designed to prepare the average person to enter our CrossFit group classes. You will meet two to three times a week, in classes that will include a warm up, skill work, a workout and a little nutrition counseling. Classes are limited so register now to secure your spot. Classes and times are set and cannot be altered.
On Ramp
Beginner On Ramp- 7 p.m. sold out
These classes will be held Tuesday, and Thursday (May 29, 31). The remaining classes will be held the following week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Beginner On Ramp- 6 p.m. 3 slots open
These classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (June 4,5, 7). The remaining classes will be held the following week on Monday and Wednesday.
Beginner On Ramp - 11 a.m. Closed (May 29, 30, 31). The remaining classes will be held the following week on Monday and Wednesday.
Beginner On Ramp - 6 a.m. Closed.
This On Ramp session will be held on Monday and Wednesday starting May 21th. They will wrap up the following week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each class will last approximately one hour.
